MOAB added to Rankings... (Warhammer - Tournaments)

The weekend's Sydney MOAB tournament was run on the long weekend just past and a record 68 players turned out for one of the oldest tournaments on the Warhammer Fantasy calendar. The tournament ran over the three days allowing the players to enjoy an 8 game event, something which has become a rarity these days. Without a doubt the event highlight was the wonderful performance of Dom Holloway and his Dark Elves. Dom made his annual pilgrimage from Melbourne to compete at MOAB and this year he fielded...

4 Tournaments added to Rankings... (Warhammer - Tournaments)

A huge rankings database update has just been released which includes 4 tournaments: Fields of Blood (NZ), Geoff Jose Memorial (QLD), Skitterleap (NZ), Winter Legends (QLD). This has shaken things up across the board with Marcelo Rouco (2nd at Fields of Blood) rocketing up 8 places to hit the crucial rank of 8th placing him on the cusp of ETC selection all but securing his ticket to the 2008 Masters.

Three Tournaments added to Rankings... (Warhammer - Tournaments)

Three tournaments from NSW (The Pilgrimage), Victoria (Axemaster) and New Zealand (Call to Arms) have been added to the database which has resulted in a substantial shakeup of the rankings. The Pilgrimage in particular with a massive 96 players has set the cat amongst the pigeons in the all important top 10 with the end of season Masters and Australian team selections looming on the horizon.

 Call to Arms continues New Zealand's tournament scene resurgence and a good turnout of 26 players contesting the event. The Chaos Daemons continued...
